Terms of Use
Last updated October 4, 2026
By using homeprojectcalculators.com (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Planning estimates only
The calculators, guides and downloadable products provide general estimates for planning and budgeting. They are not professional, engineering, structural, electrical, safety or building-code advice, and they are not a quote. Actual quantities and costs depend on products, site conditions, workmanship and local prices. Always follow manufacturer instructions, local codes and the advice of qualified professionals.
No warranty
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work to keep formulas correct and tested, but we don’t guarantee that results are error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for material, labor or other costs arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its estimates. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the previous 12 months.
Digital products
Purchasing the Home Project Planning Bundle grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own household’s projects. You may print and edit them for that purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or include the files in another product. Payments and delivery are handled by Payhip. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, graphics, code and products are owned by Home Project Calculators and protected by copyright. Brief quotation with a link back is welcome.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Payhip and Cloudflare). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
